Paint and Sip Procedures

·         The host will be in contact with Marina to discuss recommendations of class theme/painting ideas.

 

·         Marina will complete the pre paint & a flyer typically 3 weeks prior to class. 

 

·         Choose a date and time that seems best for attendees, considering the availability and schedules of attendees and checking for any potential conflicts or competing events that could impact attendance.

 

·         Determine the number of attendees for your Paint and Sip event. Please have all attendees RSVP no later than 4 days prior to class. Marina will typically provide a few last-minute stencils but prefers an exact count prior to class to allow enough time to gather supplies, such as paint and pre-stenciled canvases.

 

·         Each individual attendee will be responsible to pay their share of the Paint and Sip event via cash, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle, prior to or on the day of event. Unless the host specifies, they will be covering the cost of the event.

 

·         Marina will arrive at the venue no later than 1 hour prior to class to set up. 

 

·         Marina will provide table clothes, water cups, mixing plates, all brushes, easels, pre-stenciled canvas (if painting requires), paint and paper towels. 

 

·         The host will provide seating for all attendees, table space for all painters, a table for the demo and water for washing brushes. 

 

·         After all payments are collected class will begin. 

 

·         Marina will do a set by step verbal and visual instruction on how to complete the painting. Attendees will paint along with Marina, through thorough step by step demonstration.
